We're a digital healthcare organisation that help scale long-term condition management through virtual solutions, enhancing patient empowerment and system efficiencies.
Our team is made up of highly trained GPs, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and care advisors to support patients and keep them in good health.
Suvera was founded in 2019 after our co-founders learnt how much of a burden it was for patients of long-term health conditions to manage them daily. At the time there was no accessible, reliable or consistent support for them hence the need for Suvera.
Better management of long-term conditions is arguably one of the most important aspects of the healthcare system. 1 in 4 people live with a long-term health condition and 70% of NHS healthcare costs and 80% of resources are spent managing them.
At Suvera, we partner with over 50 GP practices and our highly trained team of GPs, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and care coordinators support their patients and keep them in good health via virtual clinics.
